You agree that you will not use the website for any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. You must not use the website for any marketing or promotional purposes, including stating that Farnham Beauty endorses products or services, without written consent of Farnham Beauty.

Unless stated otherwise, Farnham Beauty and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website itself and all content on it. You must not:
• Republish material from this website in any other media, including other websites
• Sell or re-license any material from this website on the name of company
• Duplicate or exploit any material from this website for any commercial purpose

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages or documents from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions defined elsewhere in these terms and conditions.

LOST OR DAMAGED PROPERTY
We ask our clients to look after their property while at Farnham Beauty as we are unable to take responsibility of items left unattended or damaged. Please be aware that we use chemicals and other products inside the salon and you must take extra care of your belongings whilst with us.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Farnham Beauty operates a strict 24 hours cancellation policy in order to accommodate the appointments. As a courtesy, we ask our clients to cancel the appointment at least 24 hour prior to your scheduled time. We are happy to cancel appointments, providing we have at least 24 hours’ notice. Please contact us by phone or email should you wish to cancel an appointment.

In case of failure to notify us within 24hours will result in the loss of your appointment and 100% cancellation fee or loss of a bundle item. No refunds will be given to cancelled bookings.

If you are feeling unwell or living with a person who is self-isolating, then you may request to cancel your appointment. The amount will not be refunded back. Though, it can be used in future by booking appointment again within a period of 30 days.

RESCHEDULE POLICY
We advise you to reschedule your appointment prior to 24 hours of your scheduled time. In case of failure to notify us within 24 hours will result in the loss if your appointment and 100% rescheduling fee.

If you are feeling unwell or living with a person who is self-isolating, then you may request to reschedule your appointment. The amount will not be refunded back. Though, it can be used in future by booking appointment again within a period of 30 days.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We operate on appointment basis only. Each treatment is allocated a certain amount of time, therefore we request to arrive for your treatment on time for avoid any disappointment. You will still be charged full amount for the treatment.

COMPLAINT PROCESS
• Please send your complaint to us via email on admin@farnhambeauty.com or ask a staff member to assist with your complaint.
• Our management team will get in touch with you within 48 hours.

ZERO TOLERANCE
• Our staff shouldn’t have to suffer any violence or abuse just for doing their job, so we operate a zero tolerance policy on this type of behaviour.
• If unsatisfied with the service provided, please ask or follow company complaint procedures .
• Abusive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and you would ask to leave business premises after paying for the full amount of the treatment.
• If you do abuse our staff you could face prosecution.

VOUCHER POLICY
The voucher is valid until Six months from the date of issuance, and can be redeemed at Farnham Beauty. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only. The voucher cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift cards / other products.

PROMOTION / OFFER POLICY
• All prices & offers are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend prices or end promotions at any time
• Only one promotion can be used per order. A promotion may not be used in combination with other promotions or used to collect loyality points except where specified.
STUDENT DISCOUNT POLICY
• Student discount is 10% off on all services
• Please carry valid student Id on your visit
• The discount can be availed from Mon – Wed only
• Please take an appointment prior to visiting the salon
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/package/discount
• The offer is not applicable on purchase of products

OLD AGE PENSIONER DISCOUNT POLICY
• OAP discount is 10% off on all services
• Please carry valid pension card or any relevant Id proof on your visit
• The discount can be availed on Mon – Wed only
• Please take an appointment prior to visiting the salon
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/package/discount
• The offer is not applicable on purchase of products

GIVEAWAY’S/CONTEST
• One person can have only one treatment
• Staff members are not allowed to participate in this activity
• It will be through appointment only, so please make sure you arrive at your appointment by the time booked.
• Selected winners will get a call from us on the date provided in the advertisement.
• The selected clients will receive confirmation details once the appointment is booked.
• Do not tag celebrities & unknown random people. Accounts created just for giveaways will not qualify and unfollowers, after the giveaway ends, will be banned for future giveaways.
• Winners will be decided by first come first serve.

MEMBERSHIP

• Can be transferred to anyone else.
• Payment will be collected via Direct Debit on every 1st day of every month.
• Written notice via email/post required for service termination
• Cannot be paused during contract period.
• Treatments would be provided as per the consultation and recommendation by the industry experts.

COURSE / PACKAGE / PAID PLAN POLICY

The Course, Package, Paid Plan is valid until 1 year from the date of purchase, and can be redeemed at Farnham Beauty & Aesthetics. The Course, Package, Paid Plan is non-refundable, non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. Additionally, once the package or course has been purchased, it can not be changed to any other treatment or services.
