1 OUR SALON
✔ We have renovated our salon completely to minimize the risk of COVID-19
✔ We have undertaken a thorough review of our salon and the services we offer
✔ We have restructured our waiting, reception and treatment areas to adhere to social distancing guidelines
✔ We have procedures in place for deep cleaning and sanitizing all equipment in our salon on regular basis
✔ All surfaces will be cleaned and wiped with the appropriate cleaning product after every treatment
✔ All items of equipment will be cleaned before and after every treatment. This includes all metal instruments, brushes, bowls, and tweezers etc
✔ Single-use disposable items will be used where necessary (sustainable alternatives kept where possible)
✔ We will ensure adequate ventilation system throughout the salon for circulation of fresh air and to maintain adequate temperature within the salon
✔ We have upgraded our Booking system with extremely Hi-Tech digital forms to keep track of all the clients visiting our salon
2 OUR TEAM
✔ We have conducted training to ensure all team members care for our clients in a safe, hygienic and professional manner
✔ Staff have been trained to adapt each treatment to uphold best practice, including hygiene and safety
✔ We have agreed social distancing for our team in communal staff areas
✔ Staff are briefed to uphold safety standards while dealing with responsibilities at reception
3 OUR TREATMENTS
✔ We have reviewed our treatment menu and removed treatments where we felt it necessary to do so
✔ Our therapists will wear gloves, masks, shoe cover, face shield and other personal protective equipment (PPE) during treatments where required. Therapists will wash their hands before and after every treatment
✔ Gloves, Mask and PPE will be replaced after every treatment
✔ Our therapist will stay with you throughout your treatment – not venturing out of the room – to reduce the need to replace PPE and minimise infection.
4 Visitors/ Client ARRIVAL
✔ We will greet you warmly but without a handshake or personal contact
✔ We will stagger your arrival times to minimise close contact
✔ We have restricted the entry of visitors/clients to maintain social distancing
✔ Visitor/Client required to upload NHS Track & trace APP and scan the QR Code for Check in or Check out. The QR Code is placed on the main window or ask with one of our staff members to help you.
✔ We will be asking you to fill up a consultation form on your arrival.
✔ As per Government guidelines came into effect by Spet 24, 2020 all the businesses require their visitor/client to give their details for track & trace purpose. If the visitor/client refuses to provide their details then we may have to refuse your entry.
✔ We will clean the reception area regularly.
✔ Where possible we will escort you straight to the treatment area/room to avoid congestion in waiting areas
✔ Waiting areas will be arranged to adhere to social distancing
✔ We are operating cashless now where you can pay through our APP, website or/ and card at reception.
✔ We request you to make payment against services availed and tips to staff (if desired) through any of the above said cashless means.
5 OUR CLIENTS - APPOINTMENTS ONLY
✔ Please arrive 10 minutes earlier to your scheduled time to complete the necessary formalities
✔ Please wash your hands and/or use hand sanitiser as directed by our team before and after treatment
✔ Please wear face-masks and shoe cover, will be available at reception (Compulsory)
✔ Please contact us and re-arrange your appointment, if you have a temperature, or are feeling unwell or if any person in your house has the same or is self-isolating
✘ Do not come to the salon if you or anyone you live with is self-isolating or is displaying symptoms known to be consistent with Covid-19
✘ No use of Mobile Phone during your visit to salon
