Farnham Beauty operates a strict 24 hours cancellation policy in order to accommodate the appointments. As a courtesy, we ask our clients to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hour prior to your scheduled time. We are happy to cancel or reschedule appointments, providing we have at least 24 hours' notice. Please contact us by phone or email should you wish to cancel an appointment.
In case of failure to notify us within 24hours will result in the loss of your appointment and 100% cancellation fee or loss of a bundle item. No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings. Bookings with less than 24 hours' notice will not be downgraded and the full value at time of booking is payable.
If you are feeling unwell or living with a person who is self-isolating, then you may request to reschedule/cancel your appointment. The amount will not be refunded back. Though, it can be used in future by booking appointment again within a period of 30 days.
